Civilised Separations and The Divorce Surgery feature on award shortlists

The Living Apart, Parenting Together service offered by our partners The Divorce Surgery has been recognised for it’s innovative approach to divorce.

We worked together to help them create their family friendly approach, providing child consultancy for separating couples with children.

The service offers a revolutionary four week, fixed fee service which allows separating couples to receive joint legal advice and co-parenting support.

Civilised Separations provide child-inclusive sessions as part of this service, aiming to assist parents in understand their children’s perspective of the relationship and separation. These sessions lay the foundation for establishing a constructive co-parenting dynamic.

The service has received two nominations, for The Lawyer Awards ‘Best Client Service Innovation’ 2021 and LexisNexis Family Law Awards shortlist for the award of Family Law Innovation 2021.
